My newborn baby was born with many black moles in body and a giant black mole in head with lumps in it. do the lumps are removable with proper treatment for the giant one?

It’s difficult to comment without seeing the problem
However at 1 year age nothing can be done.. once the child grows above 5 years surgical option is there
