I've sore throat, I feel pressure while I speak and my voice cracks. I have post nasal drip, a watery transparent liquid is dripping at the back of my throat from my nose, even if it's not there I get this sensation that something is there and I try to swallow it down. I feel like something is stuck down my throat and chest and it pains. I've developed acidity as well and it is extreme, my stomach is rejecting simple food like Khichdi and Dahi, it is also coming up as acid. I went to loo today and there was a burst out kind of thing, stool was solid but it came out with lot of water. I also puked today and some green liquid came out. I don't feel like eating anything, as soon as I eat I get this urge to get it out of my system(use the loo).
I am unable to sleep because of blockage like feeling and pain in my chest, my nose is also blocked as of now. Please help and suggest the medication. I cannot go out to hospitals and get tests done because of lockdown.
