Consistent Digestion Problem
I have had a lots of non veg food in the last weekend. Because of which my digestion has been affected badly. My stomach seems to be aired up a little. I am not able to pass stool clearly. I have taken Cap. Nexpro RD twice before food for 3 days and Tab. Metrogyl 400 twice for 4 days I did get some relief but not cured completely.

Now take light meals, fruits, salads and plenty of fluids. You will be OK in 2-3 days
