Consistent vaginal bleeding

Asked for Female, 41 Years

I have been bleeding heavily since March 17 today is May 1st It’s bright red in colour and there r huge jelly like clots that I can feel coming out and don’t absorb into the pad they actually roll off the pad and stick to my pants The doctor has tried hormone pills and they didn’t work and has now put me on birth control pills I am 41 years old with my tubes tied for 14 years I go through 5-7 pads a day with exception of today I have to change every hr to hour and a half
