  4. Constant chest pains. After delivery!

Constant chest pains
35 weeks pregnant with PVC , swollen feet, tickling and numbness to the face, sometimes the tongue and left index finger. I am on metoprolol 50 mg 2 a day which reduced the symptoms but they are still there. I am unable to lay flat it causes difficulty breathing. Had what appeared to be a stroke in September 2015. How soon prevent this from getting worst after delivery
