Constant cough and fever.

Asked for Female, 40 Years

I have a 4 month old infant. He is having fever since many days. He is having bad cough and when he starts coughing, it does not even stop. His throat is in bad shape and is not able to make any sound clearly. We tried homeopathic and allopathic medicines but no luck.
