Constant crying, sleeplessness
For the past few weeks, I've had issues with sleeping, eating and making it through the day without crying. I have constant thoughts of killing myself, and I feel that no one will even notice if I'm gone. I've been to depression talks before, and I think I need a counsellor, but I can't bring myself to talk to my mother about it.

Practo user, It's good that you are reaching out. Your description indicates depression. You should consult a psychiatrist for treatment and detailed evaluation. If you cant talk to your mother, you may inform a sibling and/or close friend. It's important that you do consult a psychiatrist though.
