  4. Constant fever. Suggest over medication.

Constant fever
I am having constant fever of 100 Degree from last two days. After taking Dolo 650 yesterday the fever reduced. Again today I am having fever and feeling tired. I am a breastfeeding mother and isolated myself. Kindly suggest over medication.
