Constant headache excessive hair fall
Experiencing hair loss from almost a year, wanna know is this telogen effluvium or MPB, I'm confused because a very poor family, I m stressed and depressed from 1 and half year and constant headache , I think it's been a year since I've eaten any fruits or drink milk properly and was sick before 2 year, just don't want to get bald, I was taking MDT

Hello! You had a number of stressors in the past 2 years. Diseases like tuberculosis , inadequate diet intake can lead to telogen effluvium. However male Patten baldness can get exacerbated with stress. A complete and correct diagnosis is possible only after a proper consultation.
