Spontaneous bleeding from nose can occur because of injury to nasal septum, infected polyps, hypertension, tumors, etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for the bleeding. She may need to undergo detailed nose examination with diagnostic nasal endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis
