I've been having headaches for almost 4 months and I always vomit and I'm also trying to get pregnant

Might b its migraine for which u shd visit physician. N try to hv relation wth husband during most fertile days of cycle. I.e. between day 10 to 18 if u hv 28-30 days menstrual cycle for few mth.else visit infertility specialist
