Cyra is used to treat acid reflux and Becozyme is a multi-vitamin. You should have some blood tests done to check your thyroid and blood sugar. Your symptoms sound like hypoglycemia. If your BP stays low, then you should add some salt to your food and perhaps consider taking Fludrocortisone to raise your BP. Drinking 2L of water will also help you maintain a normal BP.
