Constant nausea and vomiting
My father who is 73 is having repeated nausea and vomiting though he is not eating for almost 4 days now. Blood test results show creatinine levels of 2.19 and CPR 220.7. We have examined so far liver, lungs, stomach and results show is doing ok there. What could he have? He has lost weight, has constipation...

Was ultrasound done.? If symptoms do not improve get ultrasound and an x-ray abdomen in standing position done. Also check electrolytes. Could be an underlying intestinal obstruction.
