Constant neck pain and underarm pain
My neck and top of spine is in constant pain espcially when i lie down or get up. its sore. my right underarm is also hurting with a small lump that seems to have slight inflammation. I feel weak and tired all the time. I have been prescribed stomach medicines for acids which i have stopped taking for a few days as i have run out.

HELLO, X-RAY CERVICAL SPINE AP/ LAST VIEW. UNDER RT ARMPIT IS LYMPHNODE WHICH IS INFLAMED HOT FOMANTATION TABLET SIGMOFALM TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAY. TABLET AMOXYCLAVE625 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TAKE MEDICINE PRESCRIBED FOR ACID. O.k,BYE.
