Please consult a Neurophysician in your area. There could be some pressure on the cervical spine due to your sitting in an unusual posture for a long time.

Postural neck pain is pain which is caused due to poor posture while using the computer for long time. This pain can come on after prolonged periods of poorly adopted posture. It is not a serious issue. You can prevent it with using correct posture ,taking frequent break while using the computer ,can apply warm compress over the affected part of neck and  doing neck muscles stretching exercises.
