I am having regular snoring problem .since 10 yrs but this time snoring problem is on its top.kindly suggest me some allophathic remedy

Details assessment is required to find out the level of obstruction.. obesity is usually associated with snoring.. reduce weight if overweight.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
