I am having runny nose and sneezing continously along with a very bad headache since the past 3 days. Neither my nose is blocked nor I have any problem in my throat or cough. But I feel like I have internal fever. I have tried medications like cheston cold, paracetamols etc but didn't work much for me. Please suggest what can I do to cure this??

Runny nose and sneezing are characteristic of rhinitis (inflammation of nasal mucosa )
It can be allergic in most cases but if it persistent vasomotor rhinitis (due to inappropriate nerves and blood supply of nasal mucosa )
So halting the inflammation is prime key in treating any kind of rhinitis
Next Steps
try newer antihistaminic drugs with nasal decongestant
Health Tips
some routine exercises will activate nasal decongestion and try steam inhalation
