Last 2 months having a tonsil alser after tacking pill stoped for two days but again started , and i smoke cigrate in evary 4 th day

It is unlikely for infection of the tonsil to stay for so long and you may be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder which is more common in smokers. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term
