Hi, I've been having an issue lately with my ankles, feet and legs swelling to the point they cause extreme pain to move or bend. It first started when I took two medicines called Zyprexa and Trintellix. I've since stopped both but the swelling has continued and gotten worse.

1)Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and to confirm it do few investigations like [CBC with differential, D-dimer, TSH and ultrasound to check blood flow]
2)Take medication as per investigation report only.

1)Try to avoid sitting still. If you've on bed rest for other reasons, try to get moving as soon as possible. If you're sitting for a while, try not to cross your legs because this can limit blood flow. If you're traveling a long distance by car, stop every hour or so and walk around. 2)Make lifestyle changes. Lose weight and quit smoking. 3)Get regular exercise at least 30 mins every day. 4)Use a [Compression stockings] on swelling part of leg. Hope that helps
