Constant upper back pain
I was in a rear end mva 3 years ago still have chronic pain in upper back between shoulder blades but it travels to my neck and hands I had a MRI on my neck but found nothing could it be disc trouble in my upper back

Seems u have a long standing chronic soft tissue injury. Scan comes normal. U need to be examined in detail and later treatment can be advised
