Constipation after virechana
Hi,
I had virechana therapy last week and I traveled out of the country 3 days ago and since then i have had very bad constipation along with bleeding of hemorrhoids and anal fissure. Is this a side effect of virechana and what do I do?

But need to fallow your treating doctor , u should trust and fallow your treating doctor , if change frequent opinion wl be difficult for u
Ideally u can't travel
Consult any ayurveda physician u wl get cure defenately

May b due to winter it can happens u can take desi ghee with wom milk for 2 days
