I have been having constipation issues since last few years. Often indigestion and heart burning sensation in between. Especially after lunch. I have seen different doctors who found different reasons including
vitamin D, and then
B12 deficiency which were treated and gradually problem receded. Another doctor recommend probiotics. Now i don't take medicines since the course is over.. I eat more fruits and drink warm water regularly.
I also do some minimum exercise or walking daily.
Though the problem is much lesser now I have recurrence, especially with constipation.
I feel very thirsty and dry in the morning and after breakfast even if I drink lot of water.
Sometimes i feel tired after breakfast (after 2h). Earlier it was after lunch.
I am unable to find the reason what triggers this.
