Constipation and no urination for 3 days

Hi, my sisterinlaw suffering due to constipation issue last 3 days and she tried to take more water but no proper urination. can you please suggest suitable medicine to clean stomach ,she is unable to even do sit bath in hot water, it's paining it seems. Please suggest medicine.
