Constipation
Can i give quaker oats to my one year 3 month old baby as she is having constipation. Please suggest some home based Remidies . I feed my baby formula milk lactogen. How many times should I feed her. Does it Formula milk create constipation.

You can include cereals and grains in a baby’s diet,such as oatmeal, brown rice, barley, whole wheat. A few high-fiber vegetables that you could try for your baby are spinach, broccoli, beans, sweet potato, corn, and carrots. 
Next Steps
Some high-fiber fruits that you can consider are watermelon, muskmelon, apple, banana, strawberries.

Your baby is only 3 months old and needs to be on an exclusive milk diet.Do not feeds oats etc.Lactogen and other formula milk can cause constipation.Try to shift to breast milk as much as possible.

You should give home made food which you are eating... Give high fiber diet and plenty of liquid orally..... Give all fruits except pomegranate and apple...

Hi, Reduce milk. Give 250-300 ml/ day only. Excess milk will cause constipation. You can give oats, other high fibre diet and plenty of liquids/ water Give green leafy vegetables and fruits .
