Hello doctor,
My daughter is constipated since last few days. We are giving her duphalac (sometimes 5 and sometimes 10 ml) even then her stool is very hard and long, and sometimes like small pellets. She keeps yelling as she is trying to expel her poo.
Once she got blood, due to anal fissure.
We are giving her dal water and fruit purees since she was five months old as she was on formula. My supply is negligible.
She is not drinking milk since last two days.
She keeps bitting her finger:Is it due to teething?
Please suggest what can be done to comfort her, I cant see her shouting so much.
