I underwent a gall bladder removal surgery on March , post surgery till date I am suffering from mild constipation, bowels not regular, stool also constipated, I am on normal diet very less intake of oil ,only green veggies and Sometimes fish or chicken that too very less oil. Any suggestions on stool softener.

Take lactulose 30 ml 2 times daily. Also take papaya after meals.
