Constipation Problem
My mother 58 years old is suffering from constipation from few days, even with normal routine diet which consists of Rice and twice in a week chapathi's made of wheat flour, She is facing constipation problem. Since the doctors have advised that if the constipation persists they have to increase the dosage of BP tablets - She is bit worried about this. Should she stop eating chapathi ? Does it slowers digestion ?
