Constipation
There's a really hard piece of stool that I can't pass and it hurts a lot in my anus,the stool is right at the tip and just won't pass,I have tried 3 times and now even slight pressure is causing too much pain.

Sit in like warm water for 10 min. before passing stool, Apply cremagel ointment on anus 10 min before passing and after passing stool. Take laxatives lactulose 10 ml twice a day for 5 days followed by sos. If not relieved put proctolysis enema twice a day in anus/ rectum available easily.
