Constipation
Unable to pass hard stool. Feeling constipation since morning. Can I take 2 Dulcolax at a time in the night,  as recommended by the medical store?

Before taking dulcolax ,find out the reason of getting constipation.you can try taking probiotics for improving gut bacteria and treating constipation forever .dulcolax will only give you temporary relief .

You can take fibre supplements like Cremadiet/Softovac at bedtime for a week Drink plenty of water Add more fibre to your diet Improve sleep cycle Regular exercise for stress management N.B. - If you experience pain or u are unable to pass flatus(gas). Contact a nearby doctor immediately

Yes. You can take it . If it doesn't help you please consult a General Physician in a hospital who can decide if you need an enema. For the patient who has not passed stools for many days , a dose of Laxative may not act.

Tablets as you said can be taken but take care, it may lead to diarrhoea also. Kindly replenish your body with ORS and lots of water. Need to take balanced diet also.
