Hi sir
I am diabetic for last 3 years.I do not take medicine regularly. generally my random sugar level is 150+ for fasting and 225+ when I did not take medicine. However when I take medicine it is observed as 120 for fasting and approx 150
I was regular doing walking in the past but in these days it is not continuous.
