First of all lapis alba in potency dispensed in globule can be consumed directly but in liquid form can be taken with distilled water. But it's not recommended to take lapid alba for any case of lipoma. You have to consult a Homeopath for proper guidance of medicine and doses

You should take any homeipathic medicine under doctor guidance . Bcoz all individual need different medicine according to your body type . Yes lapis is good medicine but for proper cure .take constitution.
And dose depends upon potency .whch potency medicine u r taking.
