Male 24 ,Asian Indian . 94 Kg ,6'1 Height
Non Smoker,Non Alcohol.
No Previous Health Conditions .
I have been observing since last 2 Months I have been burping too much .
If I drink water I burp ( a lot everytime, take a sip and burp comes instantly ).
If I eat food I burp ( a lot).
After eating than starts constant farts .
I don't have acid reflux or heartburn.
I feel bloated .
My stools are of loose yellow consistency (2 times a day) .
I feel No pain anywhere though.
I don't know of any weight gain/loss.
No fever,Nausea .
And yes I feel fatigue lately.
I don't take any carbonated beverages and I'm Vegan.
2 years Before I had USG ABDOMEN it came out fine
What should I do any suggestions? Also had Colonoscopy and Endoscopy 2 years prior .. everything was clear
Please help me!

You might be having gastroesophageal reflux.
Avoid outside food and bakery stuff.
Avoid milk at bedtime.
Have food at regular intervals. Have early dinner.
Avoid oily foods, chocolates especially at night.
Cap. Sompraz IT 1-0-0(1/2 hour before breakfast) for 10 days might be of help.
Cap. Procraft once a day after food for a month (preprobiotic)

Burping without any reason could be habitual. Especially If you are making sound along with the burp.
Sleeping immediately after eating food or drinking lot of water along with food may increase the trouble
