If I eat anything I'm getting continuous burps, also headache, vomit sensation. If I don't eat anything feeling hungry and the same symptoms. What could be my problem and what medication to be taken.

It's GERD.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Keep your self hydrated.
Reduce your caffeine intake.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Do some physical activity.
Don't over eat.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop smoking if you do.
Take tab patop D SR twice in a day for a week. Empty stomach.
If headache is unbearable then take paracetamol.
