Having cough at night, she should get her chest examined by a General Physician. It could be infection or problems due to atmospheric pollution.
She will also need X ray chest and Blood CBC.
With the report she can consult a General Physician.

Hi., I can understand your concern
It can be mostly due to allergic cough
She can take tab montek lc at night after food for two weeks.
Syp. Ambrolite s 5 ml twice a day after food for a week.
