Continuous pen in my foot
I am 34 M by proffession a teacher and trainer I used to stand 7/8 hours in a day I'm.in this profession since 2005 but now a days I am having severe pain in my both foot specially below the knee throughout the days which is not allowing me to do my basic job for the pain specially in heels and foot area what should I do

Hello, r u a smoker?if yes try to quit. take a bucket filled with hot water add common saltn dip your foot in it for ten to fifteen minutes, two times a day for ten fifteen days. If needed tab nimprex two times a day after food or as required.locolly APPLY rhuma oil two times a day as light masage. Adv FBS, ASSESSMENT OF VIT B12 and Vit D3 proper hydration to maintain so plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc to be taken. Consult a general physician MD/ neurophysician. Ok.
