I don't know what is happening. Sometimes i just feel like crying, laughing. While riding bike i am not able to stop thinking. I don't know what i am thinking but something will be going on in my mind. I am sleeping from 11:30 PM to 8 AM still in the morning i feel like same day is going on. Because of that not able to concentrate on work.

You are having signs of depression and you need to consult a good counsellor n seek help to understand the issue exactly. Continuous thought process aggravates the condition further you need to calm your self and relax
Do regular exercise and have healthy meals
Distract your mind and talk to someone when you feel so
Stay with people like your family n friends, dun stay alone
