I gave birth to my second child 6 months ago.My first child is 4 years old .After confirmation of second pregnancy I am unable to control my anger and un necessarily beating my first child for small reasons.. and after some time I am feeling guilty for my act. Can u suggest me how to control anger and stop beating kids.
