Cornea thickness
Eyes power right eye -6 & left eyes -6.5 cornea thickness 490 what is better for me LASIK or prk or any other latest high surgery from which I m unknown. Please reply asap.

Refractive error to be treated is high... correspondingly your corneal thickness is relatively on the lower side Unlikely lasik can be performed for the given corneal thickness.. park is an option but you could try other better options as well

go for ICL implantation than lasik because prk a ove 5 power is not advisable

You are suitable for refractive surgery however a decision for that will have to be taken after a closer look at your topography maps. Considering your cornea is thinner than normal it would be recommended to undergo a tissue saving procedure like PRK after understanding the consequences of it.
