HELLO, SYRUP CODINE CO HALF TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES A DAY. HOT SALINE GARGLE BEFORE MEALS THREE TIMES A DAY. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. O.K BYE.
