Cough and Fever

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Started 2 days ago with dry cough and chest pain while coughing. Soon developed fever upto 101.5 F. Selfmedicated with Paracetomol tablet and Azithromycin 500mg and a Himalayan cough syrup. Did not help much. This is third day today i had 100.8 temprature this morning and same cough with chest pain evrytime i cough.
