I can understand your concern.
I don't require most of the things you have mentioned here ( as in the report values)
Just chest congestion and chest pain is not enough.
Some more details are required.
I'm sure you have got these tests by yourself without knowing what needs to be done and which tests aren't required.
Consult a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management.
We need to auscultate your chest and take a detailed history.
