Looks like Your son's immunity is low. Please make sure his diet includes fruits especially citrus fruits( rich in vitamin C) . Also check if your son is constantly exposed to dust. Make him wear a mask if he exposed. Make sure he is dressed according to the climatic conditions in your place.. small changes but can make a big difference to your son's health.
