Hello, I went through your query, it is unfortunate that he is suffering from both age related major disease which has no cure(Parkinson's, COPD, CAD) but only manageable, and there complications (difficulty in swallowing leads to aspiration neumonitis) which badly affects the prognosis . All he needs now is mutispeciality care in intensive care unit, please talk to your doctor regarding prognosis.
