  4. Cough throat block. Bit weakness also.

I m hvng spinal pain along with that my throat is blokes i m nt able to speak clealry from two days and in night hvng body pain also sometimes my body get warm and sometimes cold feeling little bit weakness also .

Hello.wekl it's quite possible that you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection...I would suggest you to meet a physician get examined and start treatment..You can do salt water gargling..And paracetamol for pain...Until you see doctor..Thank you
