Cough with little blood
I have cough. Today I tried to cough forcefully and I found little blood in that. One month back I have done chest xray and pft a d nothing wrong with it. Can you please suggest? Is it normal? It happens only once.

Forceful coughing during upper respiratory tract infection can injure small blood vessels in your airway and lead to blood in the sputum. You should avoid forceful coughing and use expectorant cough syrups to avoid such problems, meanwhile you can do steam inhalation for faster recovery
