Coughing after tooth extraction
Hi doctor, I am facing a light cough after my a single tooth extraction. This is the 6th number tooth from front on the right side of the upper section. Can you please tell me will the cough go away on it's own or I need to have some cough syrup or any other medicine ?? Thank you. Priya Dey.

Hi Priya,               The coughing has nothing to do will the tooth extraction...just be a little carefull while coughing you do not want to spit out for 24 hours after the extraction You can take a cough syrup ( will do no harm) I assume you will be on antibiotics already if you have got extraction done so that will take care of the cough cold as well You can also do a personal consultation on chat with me if you need to Dr. Prachi Lalji
