Coughing if I talk
I can feel cough inside throat and upper chest If I talk then I start coughing I feel like clearing my neck in few mins Can I take okacet cold and Rex d If I sneeze or cough then air blown to brain and neck is unbearable for hours.

If the cough is so bad that the pain in the neck is unbearable for hours, I would suggest you to see a doctor soon. A good physical examination is necessary to give you appropriate medicines. Steam inhalation will help to open your sinuses. Okacet and Rex D are similar class of medicines. it is not advisable to take both at the same time.
