Hello Friend, thanks for reaching out here for help. It's a symptoms of Pre menstrual syndrome. Generally, increased intake of oily, spicy, and hot foods, and overindulgence in physical activities, or a sedentary lifestyle causes impairment of air energy in body called Vata in Ayurveda terms. This energy is  responsible for elimination of menstrual blood, stool, urine and reproductive fluids. There are simple treatments Available through Ayurveda for permanent cure. But it need detailed evaluation.

It is called premenstrual symptoms (PMS). Exercise help deal with these mood swings. In any case if it still persists even after exercise consult a psychologist.
