From last 13 days I m at home not going outside. My fever normal 97.2c my spo2 97 my breathing 15/16 counts per minute. My BP 125/75 pulse remain 81. Their slightly 1% variations on these parameters. I have some
heaviness in throat in the beginning now it is fine. But all times I remain in fear of corona. Always see videos on it. From few days I m feeling tiredness and fear from inside. I think ki Mere hat pero me shrinking ho rahi he Ya me sweating hone Lagti he or Ghabhrhat.is it due to covid or psychological. Pls answer.

Don't worry. May be you have throat infection. Do warm water gargle. Take adequate rest and proper diet
