Today(27 april) my father oxygen level comes 91 then I again consult my doctor and she change the medicine

At first do HRCT asap for your father.
Then take steps on by HRCT result
And along with HRCT do CRP & D DIMER.
Next Steps
if HRCT and CRP comes higher then need to be admitted. if its normal then continue present treatment , if D DIMER showing high value need to start enoxaperin (i./v.)
